The best part about this quilt block is that you could make it as scrappy as you like.

Once done, sew all the strips together, making two sets.
Then, press each set nicely.
(The direction doesnt matter, press whatever is easiest for you.)
Step 2
After pressing, trim each to 7 squares.
Next, take each background color and line them up nicely.
Repeat to the other square block.
Once done, cut it in half right on the line, then press open.

Sew these pieces together to complete the block.
