This is a very easy and fun pattern that anyone can do.
you could give it to your loved ones or friends on birthdays or celebrations.
Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
it’s possible for you to definitely use your leftover fabrics from past projects.
Step 2:
Sew some groups of strips together.
She started with 3 strips, two light strips, and one dark strip.
The dark strip was placed in the middle.
The other strips will be a group of four with the same alternating pattern.
Press all of them towards the darker fabric.
Once done, cut them across into 3-inch strips.
You will also need light 3-inch squares.
The next row should have 5 squares.
After each row, you will add 2 squares.
Once you get the quilt as big as you want, start decreasing by 2.
Arrange them so that the light squares are all around the edges.
Look at the photo below for reference.
After that, sew the rows together diagonally.
you could pin them, if you want to make the process easier for you.
Step 5:
This quilt top will end with squares all the way around.
Once its quilted, cut off the triangles to make a straight edge.
Its easier than having all the biased edges.
