Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine 1 cup room temperature salted butter and 1 cup brown sugar.
Whisk using an electric mixer until combined.
Now, mash three medium-sized bananas using a fork and add them to the butter mixture.
Continue whisking while adding two eggs at a time and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Now, add the dry mixture along with 1/3 cup buttermilk.
Fold until everything is properly combined.
Once done, add the batter to the prepared slow cooker, spreading and smoothing the surface.
Put the lid on, set the slow cooker to high, and cook for two hours.
After cooking, allow the banana bread to cool completely before removing it from the slow cooker.
