It turned out silky, creamy, and perfectly sweet.

Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Step 2:
Add two tablespoons of the caramel sauce to each ramekin.
Use the back of the spoon to swirl the sauce around, coating all sides.
Step 3:
Fill each ramekin up to the inner lip with the milk mixture.
Step 4:
Add the ramekins to the slow cooker.
If you have a small slow cooker, you will have to stack and balance the ramekins carefully.
Fill the slow cooker with about an inch of water.
check that not to pour anything in the ramekins.
Step 5:
Place the lid and cook on high for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
They are ready when they begin to puff slightly on the edges and the center should be jiggly.
Before serving, top each with whipped cream.
