Mix everything well, then place the cast iron skillet in your smoker grill.
Set it to 180 degrees and smoke the peaches for 30 minutes.
Work the mixture out until you have a crumbly consistency.
Transfer the crumble over the smoked peaches and dust the top with some cinnamon sugar.
