Place in a non-stick pan over heat and fry for 5 minutes.
Once done, transfer to a plate and set aside.
Step 3:
Add the carrots to the onions and fry for 2 minutes.
Next, add the potato cubes and cook for another 2 minutes.
After that, add the sliced bell peppers and cook until soft.
Step 4:
Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Adjust the amount based on your preference.
Mix until well combined with the vegetables.
Step 5:
Add 1.5 cups of canned beans and mix everything.
Fry for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Cover it with a lid and let it simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
