Okra and shrimp together are the perfect combination!
Its so flavorful perfect with warm white rice.

Once hot, add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Mix and cook until pink for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2:
In the same pan, add the onions and cook until translucent.
Next, add the sliced okra.
double-check they are in a single layer and spread them out.
Place the lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
After 7 or 8 minutes, give it a stir.
Step 3:
After 15 minutes, add the tomatoes and season with all-purpose seasoning.
Mix until well combined.
Next, add the tomato paste and mix again.
Step 4:
Add creole seasoning, garlic paste and the herbs.
Mix until well incorporated.
Step 5:
While mixing, slowly pour the chicken broth.
Place the lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Remove the bay leaf, then add the shrimp.
Mix until well coated.
Place the lid and let it cook for just 3 minutes.
Step 7:
Serve on top of freshly cooked white rice.
