Mix well until well combined.
Step 2:
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture.
Mix until well incorporated.
Step 3:
Add 1/4 cup of softened butter.
Give it a good mix until its well combined.
Step 4:
Sprinkle some flour over your work area and knead the dough until smooth.
Step 5:
Spread some oil in the bowl and place the dough.
Cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
Step 6:
Degas the dough and transfer it to your work area.
Divide it into two, then flatten and roll it out.
Seal the edges, then divide into 7.
Do the same process with the other half.
Step 8:
Cover both with cling wrap and let them rest for 40 minutes.
Step 9:
Make the egg wash by combining 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of milk.
Spread into the bread after baking.
