Whisk well, then add 3 & 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp salt.
Mix until dough forms, then add 1/4 cup softened butter.

Continue mixing until the butter is fully incorporated.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic texture.
After one hour, punch the gas out and transfer it back to your working surface.
Divide it into two equal parts.
Pinch the edges to seal it, then divide it into seven equal pieces.
Transfer to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Repeat the process with the other dough piece.
Once theyre ready, cover them and let them rest for 45 minutes in a warm place.
While waiting, combine 3 tbsp melted butter and 3 tbsp condensed milk in a small bowl.
After baking, brush the glaze mixture over the top.
