Step 2:
Add 1 egg and whisk until well incorporated.

Next, add dry yeast and mix.
Step 3:
Place the unsalted butter in a small microwavable bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
Add it to the mixture with 1/2 cup of raisins.
Mix until well combined.
Cover it with a plate or plastic wrap for 1 and 1/2 hours or until it doubles in size.
Step 5:
Fold the dough.
Sprinkle some flour into your work surface and transfer the dough.
Sprinkle more flour on top, fold it with a dough cutter then form it into a ball.
Flatten it with your hands, then cut it into 9 equal sizes.
Get one of the pieces, fold the sides to the middle, and form into a ball.
Repeat for the remaining dough.
Step 6:
Place the dough balls in an 88 baking pan with some spaces in between.
Cover it and let it double in size for about 45 minutes.
Step 7:
Sift dry flour on top of the dough balls.
