Remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly on a wire cooling rack.
Add in about 6 drops of green food coloring or more if you prefer a darker color.
Beat them together until the color is blended or for about 2 minutes.
Add in the mint candy flavoring and beat until thoroughly incorporated for another 2 minutes.
Then, taste and add more flavoring if needed.

Bake it in the preheated oven until set for about 42 to 45 minutes.
Melt the reserved chocolate and mint morsels, then transfer them into a resealable plastic bag.
