The chicken is tender, and the sauce is packed with flavors.
Serve it on a plate or inside a pineapple bowl.
Carefully cut the pineapple in half lengthwise.
Step 2:
Cut around the edge of the pineapple using the tip of a knife.
Be careful not to cut through the skin.
Place the flesh in a bowl and save it for later.
Step 4:
Place a large pan over medium heat and add the oil.
Once hot, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Next, stir in the chicken stock and let it come to a simmer.
Step 6:
Add the chicken back once the sauce is thick and stir to coat.
Step 7:
Serve the chicken in the empty pineapple halves, along with white rice.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
