Step 2:
In a different bowl, add the butter, sugar, and vegetable oil.
Add the strawberry puree and red food coloring (if adding).
Step 4:
Add the fresh strawberries and 1 tablespoon of flour in a bowl.
Toss to coat then fold into the batter.
Step 5:
Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured bundt pan.
Once done let it cool in the pan for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Flip then cool completely.
Once melted remove from heat then add the lemon zest.
Step 8:
Pour the mixture over the cake, then garnish with strawberry halves.
