Using a glass with a flat bottom, press the cookie sand to make the crust.
Place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.
Place in the freezer again for another 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Add the strawberry ice cream and spread it evenly to the pan.
Place in the freezer while you make the toppings.
Step 7:
Break the remaining golden Oreos into pieces and place them in your food processor.
Pulse until it becomes big crumbs.
you’re able to sift out the finer cookie crumbs from the bigger ones if you prefer.
Step 8:
Place freeze-dried strawberries in a zip-lock bag and turn them into scrubs.
Step 9:
Top the ice cream with cookie and strawberry crumbs.
Place it back in the freezer for about 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 10:
Remove from the pan and slice into bars.
