Im a big fan of potatoes who isnt, right?
Thats why I was thrilled when I saw this super crispy mashed potatoes recipe byPreppy Kitchen.
Its very simple to make and healthy too!

This is a great substitute for chips as it doesnt contain fat.

Add water to the pot until its 1 inch over the potatoes.
Step 2:
Bring the potatoes to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cook until just fork-tender for about 15 minutes.
confirm to keep an eye as they boil, as you dont want to over-boil them.
If so, the potatoes will fall apart when you make a run at smash them.
Once done, drain well and let cool while the oven preheats.
Step 3:
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Step 4:
Grease a baking sheet by brushing 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the cooked potatoes on the baking sheet.
see to it they are not touching each other.
Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil over the potatoes.
Next, season with garlic powder, pepper, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with dill.
