remove the chicken before pouring the milk into the pan, and let it cook for 4 more minutes.
Then, start shredding the chicken in a separate mixing bowl.
Remove the pan from the heat and divide the portion of the sauce in half.

Press the edges using a fork.
Repeat the process with all of the remaining chicken mixture and puff pastry.
