Nothing is more calming than hearing the sounds of flowing water.

The holes should measure as the PVC pipe.
Step 2
Get the 24-inch clay saucer and 12-inch clay vase.
Make a hole at the bottom side of the 12-inch clay vase as big as the pipe.
Insert the PVC pipe into the hole, then into the 14-inch clay saucer.
Be sure that its centered.
Next, place the 10-inch clay saucer on top.
Step 4
Get the fountain top and place it on the tube.
Tape it in place and double-check that its standing upright.
Fill the hole with silicone waterproof sealant.
Be sure to spread it properly, leaving no gaps to avoid any leaks.
Let it dry completely.
Step 5
Cut excess PVC pipe on the bottom using scissors then connect the water pump.
Secure them with tape.
Now you have a water fountain.
Place it in your garden or front yard.
