Step 2:
Start by patting the fish fillet dry to remove any moisture.
Next, drizzle oil on your fish, then brush it to spread evenly.
Repeat on the other side.
This will help the dry rub stick to the fish.
Flip the fish and sprinkle dry rub and rub it again.
Step 4:
This step is optional.
In a medium bowl, crush some crackers until it becomes crumbs, then combine with freshly chopped parsley.
Add butter to a pan or skillet over heat and let it melt.
Once melted, add the cracker crumbs and chopped parsley.
Mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Lay your seasoned fish in any baking dish greased with oil.
Add the cracker mixture on top (this is optional).
Once done, transfer to a plate and serve with lime slices.
