Start by seasoning your meat.
The secret to a delicious pot roast is choosing the right cut of meat.
Sear your beef until browned and toss into the crock pot along with the other remaining ingredients.
Cover it with the lid, and let your slow cooker do its magic.
Once done, shred the meat, and its ready to serve.
It is perfect with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted vegetables, orcrusty bread.
Coat the beef with oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mix.
Pat onto the skin.
Flip it over and do the same on the other side.
Step 2:
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons on a skillet over heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the beef and cook until golden brown.
Flip and cook the other side.
Step 3:
Transfer the seared beef onto your crock pot.
Cover with foil, and place the lid.
Cook for 3 hours at 350F.
Step 4:
Shred the beef using two forks.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
