Add some salt and let it soak for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Once done, wash the broccoli 2 to 3 times.
Next, cut them into bite-size pieces.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Add the chicken and stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4:
Add the minced garlic and saute for a few seconds.
Next, add the chopped carrots and broccoli.
Mix well and cook for a few seconds.
Give it a mix.
Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and mix again.
Let it come to a boil.
Once done, turn off the stove.
Step 7:
Serve on a plate and enjoy it with rice.
