Pour the teriyaki mixture over the frozen meatballs and toss to coat.
Cover it with the lid and cook on low setting for about 5 1/2 hours.
Add the remaining pineapple preserves and cook for another 30 minutes on medium setting until the sauce thickens.
Once boiling, add the wide egg noodles and cook for 7 minutes or according to package instructions.
Drain then return to the same large pot.
Add 1 stick of butter and gently stir until melted.
