These treats are not only healthy but also incredibly rich, fudgy, and decadent.
I never knew you could use sweet potatoes to make brownies until I saw this recipe on YouTube.

They are gluten-free, dairy-free, and do not contain any refined sugars.
Drizzle some coconut oil.
Place them in the oven and bake at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 2:
Once done baking, set aside until they are cool enough to handle.
Peel the skin and you should get about 1 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes.
Blend until well combined and smooth.
Fold in 1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips.
Step 4:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Step 5:
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Transfer the mixture and spread evenly until smooth.
Step 6:
Sprinkle vegan chocolate chips on top.
Step 7:
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Once done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
Step 8:
Cut into squares.
