The flavors are incomparable its one of the best finger food you could ever taste.

Set aside the wingtips and use them for other recipes.

Place the remaining parts of the chicken wings in a bowl.

Step 2:

Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground white or black pepper.

Add the flour, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.

Mix all ingredients with your hands until the chicken is well-coated.

Place the bowl into the fridge for about an hour to let it marinate.

Step 3:

Put a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and let it heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and fry for about 10 minutes.

Step 4:

While frying the chicken, make the buffalo sauce.

In a different saucepan, add the butter and let it melt.

Mix until well combined.

Let it cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 5:

Remove the fried chicken from the oil.

Strain well to remove excess oil, then put on a plate lined with a paper towel.

Once the chicken is a little bit cooled, pour the buffalo sauce.

Mix well until everything is coated.
