I absolutely love how fast and easy this recipe comes together.
The first thing you’re gonna wanna do is prepare the ingredients.
Let them cook until tender, then top with cheese and serve.

Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
Saute for about 5 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
Step 2:
Move the veggies to one side of the skillet then add the sliced chicken.
Let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3:
Add the fire roasted tomatoes, zucchini, cilantro, and taco seasoning.
Step 4:
Top with cheese and serve.
