Remove all the dirt from the skin.
Slice it in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Step 2:
With the skin on, grate the papaya.
The skin is very important so confirm not to peel it.
Step 3:
Place the meat in a bowl, then add the grated papaya.
Mix it well and cover with a cling wrap.
Leave it for about three or four hours.
Do not leave it for a longer period.
The optimal temperature is 140F.
