No need to sew other pieces to it.
Cut on the diagonal on both sides.
Step 2:
Separate the stacks.
Place the light ones in one pile and the dark ones in another pile.
Step 3:
To make the sewing easier, sew the blocks in pairs first.
Start with the dark block on the bottom and place a light block on top.
They have to go in opposite directions.
Lay them as close to the edge as you’re free to get.
Sew with a 1/4 seam allowance on the side.
Chain-piece them to make the process faster.
Press each one open.
Step 4:
You will be sewing 14 rows with 12 blocks each.
The first row should start with a dark block and the second one with a light block.
Continue this pattern with the other rows.
Cut the diagonal edge on both ends in a straight line using a regular ruler.
Sew all rows together.
Add a border, binding, and quilt.
