Place them flat on the board and make diagonal cuts with the same size.
Make them just slightly thick because if they are too thick, they wont cook quickly.
Put them in a large bowl.
Step 2:
First, pour half a cup of olive oil into a small bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese if preferred.
Mix everything until well combined with a spoon.
Step 3:
Pour the mixture into the potato wedges.
Toss them with your hands until they are fully coated with the sauce.
The skin side of the potatoes must face down.
