Stir-fry for about a minute or until slightly softened.
After this, add 5 oz fresh beansprouts and minced garlic.
Continue cooking for another minute.
Now, add 4 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin sauce, and 1/4 tsp white pepper.
Stir everything well while adding the slurry at a time.
Once done, transfer it to a plate and let it cool.

Once the mixture is fully cool, start making the spring rolls.
Take a spring roll wrapper and place it on your working surface with the corner pointing towards you.
Repeat these steps until you finish the filling.
After this, deep fry the spring rolls for about two to three minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
