Place them on top of each other and cut them 2 off on the top and side.
Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner onto the top square.
verify they are right sides together and sew a quarter of an inch on both sides of the line.
Once done, cut along the line.
Square your half-square triangles.
Press it towards the dark side.
Step 2:
Get your heat and bond and cut 2 pieces of 2 strips.
Take your 2 strips from earlier and press them onto the heat and bond.
Step 3:
Trace the template on the 2 strips diagonally.
you might make 3 pieces on each strip, then cut them off.
double-check that you put them on top of contrasting colors.
you might use any stitch you want.
You need four pieces for each block.
Step 5:
There are certain ways to arrange the blocks.
you could create a diamond in the center, a pinwheel, or a chevron.
