Did you know you could make croissants using rice paper?
This viral rice paper croissant has been showing in my feed for quite some time now.
The first time I saw it, I thought it was a real croissant.

It was so amazing to learn that it had the same honeycomb shape when cut in half.
It is incredibly crispy on the outside, with a chewy texture inside.

Mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Strain the egg mixture into a shallow container.
Step 3:
Lay a parchment paper on top of your cutting board.
Dip one rice paper into the mixture, then place on top of the parchment paper.
Repeat and stack until you have 6 layers.
Stack one side vertically on top of the triangle, and the other horizontally.
Roll it and bend the ends to form a croissant.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5:
Place it inside the oven and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
