Are you sure you are putting your trash bag the right way?
Get a trash bag and look at the seam.
You will notice that the seam is on the outside and the smooth part inside.

That means the smooth side should be the outside.
Do you gotta flip it out on the right side before using it?
No, you dont.
But do not worry, you dont have to do that!
I always put the trash bag inside the garbage can with the seams on the outside like everybody else.

Step 2:
pop pop the trash bag and hold it on the sides.
Insert it on top of your trash can with the edges in place.
Step 3:
Take the rest of the trash bag and push it straight down.
wrap up the trash can and you are done.
